So I've had my Honda Odyssey serviced twice with no problems. Once for a strut problem and once for a cool box issue. Not a single problem and didn't pay a done for either.
Great car buying experience!!! Recently bought a Nissan and the finishing dragged on forever. Saw Mike Murnane at MainLine Honda because I was interested in a new Pilot. I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. I was dreading the thought of purchasing a car. The experience I had here was refreshing. My salesperson Ali was very courteous and did not pressure me into a deal. They beat the price I had from another dealer. Ali even took time after the sale to review my car's options. I had my 2010 Honda Accord serviced there opn 11-15-2014. The young man who took my car for service was so sweet and honest--my wife thought her key didn't work, but he told us the key worked fine after he checked it. First time here, last time anywhere else. Easily one of the most enjoyable car leasing experiences ever. Allan called us back with information promptly and firmly giving us an idea of what leasing a Honda would be like. Since he was the first to respond and even follow up with a barbecue invitation, they were our first stop of the day.
