Awesome people! I happened on this shop following an unusual event -- loss of power while driving to Manteca (on a Sunday). Most shops are closed on the weekend, and I was forced to leave the car in town while I headed back home to San Francisco. The next day my mission was to get this problem resolved. After one shop said "by appointment" John, the proprietor and a really helpful San Francisco native, went above and beyond helping #TheBrokerWithAHeart out of a jam -- at least that was the goal and he did just that. The owner has been fair, goes above and beyond to be helpful, and really knows his stuff. Unfortunately for us, we have been here quite a few times in the last 5 years (we have a 2007 and 2009 car, so it's part of the territory) but they always do a good job. I called him to help me buy a new (used) car for our growing family, because he is a wealth of knowledge and has totally earned our trust. He's straightforward, honest, reliable and available. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else.
