Went to drop off package to be returned by ups was told I had to pay $2.50 or I could take it into town to drop off at ups store but it would cost me gasoline or i could call ups and for a cost they would come to house and pickup - this was a package going back to Cologuard - when I searched for nearest ups drop off it showed Ace Hardware Westernauto store .06 miles away just down the street - price to drop off - FREE
Mail plus was amazingly helpful! I needed to get medical supplies to someone quickly and she went above and beyond to help!
They are always courteous, help me with my Amazon returns (I can never figure it out) and charge a minimum. The service is well worth it They even box the returns up for me.
