Mail plus was amazingly helpful! I needed to get medical supplies to someone quickly and she went above and beyond to help!
They are always courteous, help me with my Amazon returns (I can never figure it out) and charge a minimum. The service is well worth it They even box the returns up for me.
I came in to ship a gift for Christmas and my box was over the size and was going to cost me $80 to ship the owner took the trouble to find a smaller box and saved me $60. You don't find this level of service very often
I give it 0. Charging money for ups to send back to Amazon. All we wanted was to drop off
I came in to ship a couple of items and the friendly ladies in the back were so helpful and answered any questions I had regarding shipping. The customer service was exceptional. I especially loved how they have a variety of gift items. I will definitely be back.
