Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I have horrible anxiety issues with dental offices due to horrible experiences. From the front desk staff to the dental assistants to the doctor herself, they are truly motivated to make it a comfortable and pain free visit. Their friendliness, genuine care for YOUR concerns and the fact that they actually LISTEN and don’t just rush you through, was a refreshing and pleasant experience. Hands down, this is the BEST dental office I have visited (oh, and will continue to visit).
BEST GENERAL DENTIST, HANDS DOWN! Dr. Lumi and her staff are beyond awesome! I give them 10 stars! I always had a fear of going to the dentist. Getting numb was my biggest issue.. I was afraid of feeling anything, since I did not have a pleasant experience with my last dentist. Dr. Lumi is very gentle and I did not feel a thing when I got numb for my fillings! I had a great visit today at Maidu Dental. I love the staff here very welcoming, they have are willing to go out of there way to get you anything you need. You always walk out with a pearly white smile.�
Love the staff here at Maidu, they are always so friendly and fun. I always have a great experience when I'm there. They take my concerns seriously, explain everything so I am not in the unknown about what is going on.
