I do not recommend Maid Pro to anyone. I was a returning customer of MaidPro. I called last week to set up a recurring cleaning service with them. Afterspending half an hour on the phone and exchangingthe information, I set that up and even shared my card number. They said they would come for cleaning on October 11th. However, they did not show up. They did not even care to call in advance and cancel the service. I called customer service to check on this, but they did not even return my phone call. I utilized maid pro for move in service to clean my new home. The house is completely empty, so I figured there was no way to mess it up. I was wrong. Sure, they dusted and wiped out the drawers, however it is very evident that they did no type of actual cleaning on the hardwood floors and simply smeared Bona or Murphy's all over them and made them shiny. We’ve been having AJ and Kaitlynne coming for many many months now and they’ve been great!! Rachel has been coming with them in recent months as well and she’s been great too. Respectful, trusting, good people, and they listen to what you want done. Since we work from home all day, they accommodate us moving around through the house with work and our Daisy. Thank you!
We love Kaitlynne and AJ! They come twice a month to our home to clean. They are kind, quiet, respectful and extremely trustworthy! We love them and our house always looks beautiful after they come! They are amazing and make our lives so much easier!!
