I was loyal Maidpro customer for nearly 8 years until a new cleaner stole my wedding ring out of my closet in October and the company completely dismissed my claim. They were unresponsive, refused to provide requested information for the police report, and did not even honor their own terms and conditions to reimburse me for a fraction of the cost of the item.

Maidpro cleaners were detailed. They were able to clean the house in a good time. Although they arrived more towards the end of the timing window, they were efficient. They also understood when I pointed out to clean specific things. The house smelled great afterwards, like lemons.

I had the most excellent experience with MaidPro! Maria and Frandy showed up at noon on the dot, which cannot be guaranteed, but I am a fan. They cleaned my house top to bottom , walls, baseboards, fans, blinds, doors, everything!!!! They cleaned, and it was spotless and smelled amazing! Thank you so much!!
