We used this company to clean our home, and they did a great job cleaning. However, they broke our shower head, didn't inform us, and attempted to use scotch tape to tape to fix it. When they were called about it, they are denying that it happened. A simple "sorry" would have appeased me, but this is extremely unprofessional. Will never use nor recommend this company again.
I would give 10 stars if I could!!!! I cannot say enough about Maid to Impress!!!! My home was WAY overdue for a deep cleaning; they went ABOVE & BEYOND anything I could ask for. Maria & her crew stayed several hours cleaning baseboards, behind furniture, behind toilets, etc. They worked until my home was spick & span. Maid to Impress just "maid" my life less stressful!!!! Thank you Maria!!!!
I love maid to impress service and the way they clean, I totally disagree with this first review that was posted by this first lady. I have been using maid to impress service over 10 years and they have always been very professional and helpful in whatever I need. In over 10 years nothing has been broken from my house, maid to impress is the best cleaning service in king wood!! All my family are maids to impress clients and agree with me!!!
