I went to elysium med spa today for a Consult for aging skin and the best possible treatment. I knew that I was in good hands from the minute I started speaking with doctor. She is full of incredible knowledge and was very honest with her approach. During the treatment I was able to relax completely as I felt incredibly safe due to her extended knowledge and experience. I feel grateful that I have found someone that I can continue to see over time as my needs change due to the natural aging.
I'm glad that I found Elysium! Definitely one of the best at Dr. Phillips area. Their personnel is welcoming and Dr Qayyum is a great professional and caring person. They know how to take care of your family's health and your personal aesthetic needs. If you want to be treated as a human being, this is the place to go. She is very friendly and professional! she have amazing customer service and take very good care of their guests. On top of that the pedicure was wonderfully done. The location was beautiful and well maintained. It's efficient, pleasant environment and convenient....way better than going to an emergency room. Really recommend this place. The atmosphere is really nice and welcoming.

I absolutely highly recommended Family Medicine Specialist for your medical needs. My provider Dr. Mahnaz Qayyum, MD is one of the best I've had the pleasure to have as my primary care physician. Friendly, professional and will take the time to answer your questions. The staff work hard to respond to refill request, inquiries and other concerns via patient portial or phone messages.
Came into the office 6-29-18 and saw Laura Mendoza, PA. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. She took her time addressing my concerns and had amazing advise on how to manage my health. Front desk staff was very friendly, she greeted me with a big smile and got my chart back right away. The medical assistant brought me back, took my vitals and made sure my results were ready in my chart. She was very sweet and treated me like family. Great practice would recommend them to everyone.
Dr. Qayyum had demonstrated the hard to find ability of managing patients with complex disease processes. She has helped me navigate my health care and always offers a caring hand. Her medical assistants are especially competent as well.
Front office staff is amazing, The Dr and her PA are so sweet and caring. They listen to everything you have to say and will talk to you about you're issues. You are not just a number to them, they show you they really care about you and want what's best for you.
