Docter Qayyum is very nice and knowledgeable, however getting thru to the office staff to request labs etc or even call you back is does not have. While there message says they will call you back within 24 hours it does not happen. Called four times waited 24 hours and there was no call back, however I got a text to confirm my appointment.
Dr. Qayyum is a fantastic doctor! She knows exactly what she's doing and always ensures all her patients are taken care of. She is extremely thorough. Her practice is fantastic, clean and her staff is friendly and professional.
Dr. Mahnaz Qayyum has changed my life in more ways then a simple review could ever get across. I have struggled with PCOS for years and from many other doctors it was looked over as something that I just had to live with. I have been under Dr. Qayyum's care for 5 years. I am a healthy senior citizen, yet she devotes time and attention to every aspect of my health to ensure that I stay that way. She reviews bloodwork and asks for scans, asks if I need any medication refills, and even queries after my sleep and mental health patterns. She truly cares about her patients. The support staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Qayyum as a family physician.

Loved her but getting an appointment or getting an answer on a health question, or refill was a nightmare. Staff is incompetent. I wouldn’t even get a call back to make an appointment. Maybe that’s why doctor gave me her cell phone number. But if I called she didn’t like it
