Dr. Mahnaz Qayyum has been my primary care doctor for a number of years. She is an amazing woman. So far every one of her diagnoses for me have been right on target. Plus, she has never ordered a prescription for me that was worthless or made me feel worse or just didn’t work. Her staff is awesome too. They beautifully manage booking her time. I was impressed by her knowledge and care. She showed a genuine care for my health. What impressed me at first is that she didn't just read my bloodwork report but she pointed out an issue I didn't have a clue about. She has referred me to several specialists to deal with issues I experienced.. I am glad that I found a physician who genuinely cares about patients and one that I trust.
Awful experience in getting referral and insurance authorization to see a specialist. Staff said everything was set showed up to see specialist and insurance authorization was not complete. Called numerous times to get this taken care of. Never been so disappointed with a doctor office.
I started seeing Dr Q 8 years ago and I am a healthy and happy 72 year old Woman. She treats all of you not just what us ailing you. She is genuinely concerned with your mental and physical health and is just an overall wonderful person.
Dr Qayyum has been caring for me for 10 years & I credit her for keeping my various conditions under control. Dr Q has a great personality & expertise.
Absolutely impossible to get in touch with the office to get Medication
Dr. Qayyum is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. I have been fortunate enough to work with her as a student and benefit from her experience. She is very patient and loves to teach - the best preceptor I have had in my three years of schooling. As someone in a position to observe her, I can attest that she truly cares about her patients and is one of the kindest and smartest people I know.
Dr qayyum does not want to listen to your concerns but just focuses on her next response. She had me in tears in her office because she just would not LISTEN. my husband went with me to a follow up because I needed him and his strength in order to speak up for myself. She finally pretended to listen but then accused me of wanting narcotics. My back had gone out and I spent over a month without being able to stand or sit without a great deal of pain.
