Outstanding! I’ve staff is knowledgeable and great to talk with about pet issues.
They said they neutered rats and had experience. They killed mine because obviously they don’t. I didn’t get a apology at all. While my pet was in critical condition the vet left the building to go on lunch. He died. I called back a week or so later asking if they neutered rats....just because I had a bad feeling from the experience. THEY SAID THEY DIDN’T DO RAT NEUTERS AND THAT THEY HAD NEVER DONE ONE THERE BEFORE. Why lie? They had attempted and killed my rat a week before? As a new client with two GSDs, I was so grateful to find a veterinarian that is close to my home and excellent at explaining the care being provided which is very educational or at least a great review of the purpose of the care. My two were quite pleased with their visit ~ no hiding under furniture or running away since the staff and Dr. Pliskin welcomed them and established a relationship before we went to "THE ROOM."
Dr. Pliskin is the single most caring vet I have ever had. He and his staff showed such compassion to me and went above and beyond when I had to put down my companion of 12 years. Before and after that, they provided the highest quality care to my animals. I wish I could continue bringing my animals to him forever. Moving away was very sad, as I am not sure another vet could compare.
I love Dr. Pliskin, he really cares about the animals he treats and doesn't try to run up a high bill with a lot of tests, like I have experienced in other offices. He has been so kind and gentle with my little Chihuahua. I definitely recommend this office.
