My son purchased a used Caravan from them 3 weeks ago. Out of the 3 weeks he since he took delivery it has only been driveable for one and they still have it and refused a loaner !!!
Absolute Worst company I've ever dealt with..! They had my car for 2&1/2 months fixing a problem that should've taken a week, maybe two. Finally get it to take home and drive it 20 miles down the road for it to start doing the same issues it went in for only worse.! Oh and if your under 21 years old, you better forget about a loaner car while they take their sweet time to fix yours, cuz you won't be getting one your just left with no vehicle until they decide to fix it.! I will never be back here again..!
