Worst car experience we have ever had. Bought a 30,000 rusted out POS. These people are serious scammers and liars that sell rusted out junk. They told us numerous lies just to get us to sign papers. The service department is the biggest Joke as well.. take your business elsewhere and save yourself time and money. We bought the truck and was promised they would fix all the rust what a joke that was.. have been back numerous time because of several different issues with the truck and dealership. I had a wonderful experience with Maguire Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat, Ithaca! I recently bought a used Jeep Cherokee. The sales experience was terrific -ask for Tyler Brown - he was fantastic! After the purchase I had a concern which turned out to be simply due to my own ignorance. The salesman and the service manager went above and beyond to check it out and explain to me what was going on, why, and that it was normal. Great experience!
Outstanding team of staff! Helpful , courteous and kind! This dealership worked very hard to deliver my custom Jeep Rubicon in short order! Four (4) weeks total and I took delivery. Special attention was given to my 4 1/2 year old grandson, as he participated in ordering my new Jeep. He was allowed to submit our order by pressing the submit button. A learning experience he will never forget! Accolades to the General manager, sales manager and the entire staff and store! Thank you all for a 5 star experience!!!
I recommend not going here. I bought my car from them and also spent an extra $2000 on a warranty for the paint. I took it in there a while back and they refuse to do anything about it. There is no way my paint should be chipping the way it is. It started about a year after I had the car. I understand it’s not maguire that is responsible for this but seems they’d try a little harder to have the warranty place help me out... I gotta say. I went into this dealership with 0 expectations due to recent (horrible) experiences with another dealership... I have never been out of a car shop within a 15 minute time span with a diagnosis and an appt set for the following morning... that following morning. I brought my vehicle in. And within an hour or so my vehicle was ready! The line of communication is great! Their hospitality is reassuring and welcoming! Thank you so much!
