Had a somewhat horrible experience today with the service department. I went to get tires put on my Jeep this morning and they couldn’t get the bolts loosened off the tire/rim to change the tire. They said it was tightened so much that it was pretty much welded to the stud. Let’s rewind a couple weeks, the last people to touch my car was Maguire to fix control arms/bushings. As a Jeep owner, I have been a longtime customer of Maguire Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge,and Fiat dealership. At this point in time, I would highly rate the Service Dept. I recently had a frustrating and difficult to diagnose problem with my previous Jeep. Don, Laura, and Jake have been great. Service is outstanding. Laura, the service person is fully competent and easy to work with. It was not just a one time event with me, I have been there many times and always got great service.
My poor experience is with the service center where we were NOT informed of a $97 charge until we came to pick our vehicle up.😡
I bought a brand new dodge ram 2500 excellent service from all had a minor issue but they took care of it immediately.... they stand behind thier customers and will definitely do business again with them thank you Maguire... Jeremy Taylor
