Mike did an awesome job on our searay.prompt service and diagnosis.ordered parts and was back to repair it very quickly. would highly recommend to anyone looking a top notch marine repair service.I have dealt with many people but none as professional,noligable and friendly Couldn't be happier.
Mike was right out to our house to look at our boat within a day of calling him. He knew immediately what was wrong. Ordered the parts as soon as the insurance approved them. We would recommend him to anyone. He communicated well on letting us know when parts were on back order and when to expect them. He was very professional and friendly as well.
Multiple misdiagnoses. Replaced parts that didn’t need to be replaced. Actually caused problems. Rude and sarcastic. Do not waste your time and money.
Don't bother, this guy took $200 from me to stop by. They never even provided a quote, much less preformed any repairs. Thier business line didn't return any calls or messages for 5 days after the visit. Then he texted me to tell me that he's closing the work order. Don't waste your time or money, go to a shop. Four thumbs down 👎👎👎👎
Mike with Magnum Marine was great. Not only did he fit us in on a busy holiday weekend, but he got our issues fixed, kept the costs reasonable (even with a house call), and he took the time to teach us along the way. Will definitely be using him again!
