Awesome community! This place is home !! I currently live at this awesome community for 3 Years now and everyone is great , from the maintenance staff , they are always prompt with completing maintenance task, to the management team they are always there and welcoming!! WE LOVE it here! So Thankful We moved in 3 years ago and transferred to one of the apartments they renovated. We LOVE our apartment and the staff is Awesome! We want everyone to know how much we appreciate all the staffs help . This is the BEST complex we have ever lived in.

LOVE Magnolia Terrace Lots of changes since new company took over but we are really impressed. Just renewed our lease for the 4th time and happy with all the staff and maintenance. They really know how to take care of you here and they worked with us so many times when we were having financial difficulties where other apartments would not. We are very appreciate of the staff here. Now we are back on our feet and life is good here. Thank you all for everything you have done for my family. God Bless.

Not worth the Money Moved here in 2014 and everything was awesome. Great staff, maintenance was quick and neighborly, everything was kept clean and uncluttered. I renewed my lease twice. Since then my family has grown and we moved into a bigger unit. We have had TONS of issues. It is upsetting they would put good tenants in an awful unit. Things are always breaking and being replaced with even cheaper options. Every time we run the heat we start getting sick because they probably haven't cleaned the ducts in years. DO NOT LIVE HERE Who ever wrote the comments under me is clearly management. Crime is a all time high here.There are numerous car break ins and alot of domestic disputes from neighbors which eventually brings the police. Music blasting all hours during the day and night from some neighbors . You can hear everything your neighbor is literly doing in there apartment. The walls are very thin. Oak Pointe living I have been here at Oak Pointe for three years, and I love it! Here in the University area we are close to good shopping areas and resturants (Target, Gabe's, Harris Teeter, Outback, O'Charley's,and many others.) The rent is reasonable for the area, and Oak Pointe has uprgraded apartments that are gorgeous ( stainless steel appliances, microvave and dishwashers!) Oak Pointe Apartments I have lived here for a little over a year now. The apartments have been around for quite awhile but they are all remodeled and are very nice. The maintenance staff is great about responding to calls and actually fixing any issues. I love that the community is older and has a lot of mature trees for scenery. The complex is not a college community which is absolutely wonderful. No major crimes or anything and police do ride through. The rent is very reasonable for the University area. I love living here!
