Verified Renter Magnolia Terrace is a very nice, peaceful, and well kept community. The staff in the leasing office are always helpful and on top of any of your needs or requests. As well as a superb maintenance staff who's friendly and stay getting the job done! There's always something going on with the community seasonally and at times coinciding with holidays that makes it a fun and enjoyable place to stay. They show that they actually care!
