Verified Renter I been living at Magnolia Apartments for 11 years, and my experience here is a great one. The staff is Excellent, helpful and friendly. The community itself is really beautiful and nice. The community has a pool, workout room, computer room, in which all is very nice and enjoyable.

Verified Renter I have been living here for 4 years. I had been placed on the waiting list for a premier unit with the wood floors and fireplace. I was so happy to know that Miss Cassandra remembered my request and made sure I got the apartment I wanted. Ms. Lynn called me and got me ready to go and gave me adequate time to move out of my old apartment into the new one. Im so happy. If feels like a fresh start. Ms. Tawana is always helpful to me as well, especially when I need help in the package office. Thank you all.
