Verified Renter Overall I like the apartment complex and the area. It seems quiet most of the time and I feel safe at the building unit I am in. The management works well with you when there is any problems with anything and promptly answers questions asked. I hope to renew my lease again here at Magnolia Terrace.
Verified Renter I love this community, I have resided here 5 years and love all of the staff Lynn, Tawana , and the new lady I dont know her name are very welcoming and I am glad/grateful to have them to manage Magnolia Terrace apartments , they treat you like family . They all in all are so great here !!

Verified Renter The Staff here is great they keep our community safe and clean. They are very caring about our well being. They respond quickly and effectively to any needs I may have. From start to finish they see your needs through. One of the best places I have ever lived and I have lived in four different states and in many types of communities. It's a Great place to live and a even better staff to have on board. without this staff I don't feel Magnolia would be as Great!!!
