My mother lives here. It is a beautiful place, and the employees are all very friendly and helpful.
Just moved Mom in and they are very friendly and are always checking on Mom. They know her name and ours (daughter and brothers). I would highly recommend this place! The residents are also very helpful and friendly, good food also!
My dad (78 years old) has lived here since Sept. 2018. Before then, he was living in a facility that barely knew his name or his needs and were terrible at communicating with us as his family. We searched high and low for a place where we knew he would feel comfortable and happy and cared for like family. We are so happy to have found just this in Magnolia Springs! Our 94 years young mother has been a resident of Magnolia’s assisted/independent living quarters since June, 2018. We are more than pleased with the quality of living conditions, social activities and care. The staff is very attentive and usually very responsive. At the onset of any concerns or health issues, we have been contacted promptly by either caregivers or available medical personnel. My mother has thrived at Magnolia Springs and I know she is safe and getting the best care. Mom takes part in and enjoys all of the activities: book club, crafts, bingo, special guests, gardening, field trips, etc. I'm impressed that Magnolia Springs listens and requests feedback from the residents and quickly responds to any concerns.
As a three week Respite Care resident, I’m have the staff to be very helpful, kind, efficient and effective in their assistance to me. Due to ankle and foot surgery requiring me to be non load bearing, I have required assistance to transfer to wheelchair and to the dining room. The dining staff are all very efficient and quickly learn your name and assist with your dining choices. I have found the residents enjoy living here and have heard positive comments The activities program is well done
Amazing environment to be in , and work in. Working for magnolia Springs has been the best experience I’ve had , wonderful people that surround me everyday. Very clean community !
