Kati did EXACTLY what I asked her to do. I've never had a hair cut where I left SUPER happy with my hair cut. She was so sweet and laughed at all my bad jokes. The other woman (whose name I didn't catch) was also super sweet. The people are so nice. Other places the stylist has often done my hair the way THEY want to but like I said Kati did everything I asked her to and double checked with me on the amount of hair she was going to cut.
