Had an awesome time at this hotel! Such a beautiful building with lots of freebies.
We stayed in a corner suite and the room was very nice, bed was comfortable, nice view, fireplace. The staff is accommodating and helpful. My only suggestion is that they furnish the rooms with a more comfortable sofa and chair.
I didd like the service at all, we arrive with 4 suitcases and nobody help us and i have to kids, i didnt haver hot water in my bedroom and its winter!!
My my my; what a disappointment! This is a mediocre hotel at best. Four days here: housekeeping is a joke: no towels; no replacement of hygiene items if they even show; no cleaning at all. To think you're going to be able to utilize the Magnolia transport within the ten-block radius, good luck; it wasn't available for an hour and a half to return back to the hotel; no ice (under renovations).
