Loved it. In town for comic-con. Very helpful with info on best places to have the most fun. Clean room and comfy bed. Didn't mind the prices on room service cause the food was good and the staff was friendly. We will be back!
The hotel looks amazing online but not as great in person. There was no swimming pool, the gym had few equipment machines that were taken both days, and the breakfast was really pricey. I'd rather pay 2.65 for Starbuck's brewed coffee than 4.00 for the smaller coffee they served. Not a bad hotel, just expensive for very few amenities
The hotel was nice. My room hadn't been cleaned well. There were peanut crumbs on the floor when I checked in and still there two days later when I checked out. The breakfast was ok. $3.00 for toast is a bit much. The bacon was burnt and they replaced it with bacon barely cooked. The did remove the bacon charge. This hotel has some great potential, but needs a good manager to get it in shape!
They are in the middle of a face lift, there are a few things lacking! This is a wonderful location with friendly staff. Can't wait to come back and see all the renovations 💝
The bed linens, and pillows are so comfy! My room is on the corner (stout st), the light rail goes under my window, and there is lots of traffic, but I had no problem with noise when it came time to sleep. Staff was friendly at check-in. I would definitely stay here again.
The service took forever, the bathroom was dirty..
