We came to the Twenty One Pilots concert for my 14 year olds birthday. I called ahead to let them know we were traveling almost 2000 miles for this family event and the staff took it as a personal challenge to make sure we had the best time. Destiny took my call originally and she met me when we arrived! She personally saw to it that this was a trip to remember. She had a friend produce a 21 pilot pillowcase for my son. I was here for a day on October 25, 2018. The whole experience was very pleasurable, from the check-in, as the ladies there were able to give me fast service and even recommend several things inside the hotel and around the area; room service, and dining at the restaurant. Oh, the dessert is so yummy! The beds were very comfortable, the room was super clean and I was able to enjoy a nice shower before my departure and flight leaving the next morning. Thank you so much for everything!
Beds are comfy. That is a rarity in my experience.
It has gone downhill since the takeover. Our stay in May was a huge disappointment.
Very friendly and clean
amazing and convenient downtown location. Although I booked through hotels.com and was told there is free parking there wasn't but that's okay. We never had to take the car out of the garage until the end of our stay. Beautiful rooms, an amazing price for the location! beautiful boutique hotel we will return!
We are very disappointed with this hotel. We are a fan of another Tribute Portfolio hotel in Nashville, TN, but Magnolia has nothing in common except for gray paint. Although it is branded as a “new” hotel, Magnolia’s facilities are old. It has a feel of the repainted Holiday Inn Express. While the front desk staff are friendly, the house-keeping staff do not do anything more than to make beds and change towels. The rooms are hardly cleaned.
