Start from the entrance, main check in areas very small and bland, room clean but a couple stains on cover and curtains. Customer service was curtious and brought up some fluffy robes when we requested them. Basement areas was most appealing room in the whole hotel but feels a bit odd to have breakfast in a basement. Not a bad choice for people traveling through town, but I am local and wouldn't choose it again when compared to the other great options downtown.
We love the Magnolia! We host or family Christmas party there every year during the Parade of Lights..they are always so accommodating and helpful to our'large' family...the best! Next year will be our 4th annual...can't wait!
Valet parking was full when we arrived. The bar was freezing, all staff and customers were wearing their coats. The bed in our room was more like a soft trampoline. We had ZERO hot water. If you can't sleep and can't shower, what good is a hotel room??
Worst hotel ever. No hot water. Terrible customer service.
Clean, quiet, great service! Great rooms!
