I would be glad to recommend Magnolia Home Inspections. James Brantley does a fabulous job inspecting and explaining problems and/or the need for repairs. My client travels and was not available for the home inspection so a video was necessary. This is a great feature in addition to the paperwork itself as it shows the picture of any areas of concern and helps to put clients at ease.

Magnolia Home Inspections finds everything! They are professional, thorough and honest. I have enjoyed recommending them to all of my buyers for 6 years. The website is wonderful for buyers and they can schedule and pay online. They are very good about explaining problems and repairs that need to be made. My home inspector was great! He walked me through each item that needed attention and explained why. He was very personable and I had no worries about him being at our home while my husband was away!
