My inspection missed multiple major problems including a bat infestation which had been going on several months prior to the inspection, and plumbing problems which resulted in a slab leak less than 2 months after closing on my house. Also missed a sewer pipe that was open and venting unsanitary gasses into my kitchen cabinet. When I brought my initial complaint about missing the bats to Magnolia, Mr. Brantley’s response was simply “I’m sorry you’re upset”. He stood behind his work and would not do anything to make it right.... read more
