Called one morning needing someone to come out the same day and to my surprise James was able to come that afternoon. Very thorough inspection and highly recommend their services!!!
Very pleased with Magnolia. We recently built a new home and needed to have the inspection done in a short time frame, to prepare for closing. If you are on hunt for a home & it's time for the inspection, I recommend Magnolia. You only have very few days to get the inspection once an offer is pending & James (the owner himself) took our inspection so that we would fall within the proper time frame. They were great, saw things I would have never thought to look for, right down to light & electrical plates that just needed to be tighten up a bit.
