I've been coming to this salon since 1998... Needless to say its by far the best nail salon in Erie! Everyone is friendly, utterly amazing and goes out of their way to know your needs and do their best work for flawless nails every time. Super clean, super courteous, super creative! Furthermore the prices here are spot on. What more could anyone want?
Took my granddaughter for a manicure and gel nail polish application for her graduation. The staff was extremely rude to her and the manicurist made fun of the condition of her nails to the manicurist next to her, grabbing my granddaughter's hand, showing her, while speaking in a language other than English while laughing. The manicurist (if that's what you want to call her!) was very rough while manicuring her nails. My granddaughter showed me where the manicurist cut into the quick of her nail. It was bleeding. The manicurist in question has also been reprimanded and steps have already been taken to terminate employment.
