The manager is a disrespectful person and used a nasty vocabulary in front of my family when I tried to explain something that he was missing to control.
Courteous people along with excellent service from top to bottom.
My husband and I have been going there for year and we like their service. Recently, the person named Robert at the entrance is trying to make us get the most expensive car wash every time we go there. Today he was even worse insulting me saying that I cut the people getting out of oil change for $12 service only even though I did not cut them he told them to stop. By far the best service ever. Car wash and service department. I aware it was like I was a celebrity. Special thanks to Danny the operations manager who I chatted with the whole time. And Mike my service guy was unbelievably thorough. Never write reviews for anything. But this has to be done. Keep up the good work guys. You have all my business for here on in.
