I've been a customer for years, by the new system is awful. I'm paying $25 or more and leaving with a dirty car. It's rushed, no attention to detail, and my entire car is still full of spots. This has happened twice, and I refuse to give it a third try. The solution? Go for the $45 wash. No thanks. I'm taking my business elsewhere. How unfortunate.
This was always THE BEST car wash around. With two kids my interior gets messy- and I always left there so happy with the service. This new system is awful- the interior was completely neglected. There was dust left on the dash, mats were only half cleaned, and the ones hat were cleaned were SOAKING wet. I am so disappointed and it looks like I am not alone.
If I could give the ZERO stars I would. Magic Car Wash lost two customers, plus everyone in our families. My boyfriend and I just spent $40 on two washes and someone couldn't even wipe the water off my truck? We had to go home and rewash our trucks. This place changed for the WORSE Seriously, what a waste of time and money. Don't waste your money, and just go to a self car wash.
Just stoped in for an exterior wash only.Don't be fooled by the $5 wash sign outside. When you pull in, they IMMEDIATELY try to up sell you. I opted for the $10 upgrade exterior wash. Went through. When I exited, I was flagged to leave. NO TOWEL DRY. I have gone there several times before and agree with another post of always changes and service gets worse. It seems as if they will cater to the big spenders and Ignore us hard working folks who are just getting by. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.
As someone previously stated used to be the place to go. I'm not satisfied anymore!! You pay $45 for a full service cleaning only to find out that the wheels were only half touched meaning dirty rims (not fully wiped down) tires get a half spray job on dressing and it looks like something out of a horror movie left over. I'm now going to drive the extra 10 minutes or so down the road and return to the full service wash in Lyndhurst. At least there you get the full service touch and less automation. Ask for Rob he is the best guy there. I am a 4x a week or better. He will make sure your car comes out perfect every time.
