While it would be difficult to insult their cleaning service, which would be about a 3...the customer service is nothing but thieves and people who try to scare you. Yes, they use fright as an intimidation tactic. I went there once and they signed me up for a monthly pass without my request. When I went there they told me I could cancel at anytime except the time I was there in the moment.
