Went last night for my daughter's birthday. We had Ace Ventura as our waiter. He was great! We had the best time! Prince Charming, Lady Gaga, and Elsa were awesome also!

been there a few times didn't really want to go but my child did so I did the menu is very limited and over priced and very bland no flavor taste as if it were out all day. Had major Payne as my server was a major disappointment had limited character skills at least play the part wasn't really social at all over all the atmosphere is great that's about it i would not recommend this place unless your child specifically asks just to make them happy

First time we went was in October of last year for our anniversary with my parents (their anniversary is the same week) and Scar was our waiter. He was pretty awesome and stayed in character the whole time. Also had the pleasure of meeting Batniss Everdeen. The food was expensive, but really, really good, and I had a great time. Food was really good at this location! Our waiter Scar was fabulous! Stayed in character the whole time and had our volleyball team cracking up the whole time! He was silly and playful with the girls and made us parents laugh so much especially when he did the birthday contest! Spider-Man was a hoot too! He was great with the team and really interacted with the girls! He even FaceTime boyfriends!! ��� We will definitely go back next time we are in town!!

We came for my birthday last night and got an unforgettable experience in exchange. We had an amazing server (King Julien) who made the night very special and very seriously deserves a raise for how well he took care of us. The food was delicious as well. My only complaint was the food was rather slow to arrive BUT they were incredibly busy so it's understandable. DEFINITELY COMING BACK!
Overpriced, unsanitary, mediocre food, rude staff.
I used to LOVE going here when I was younger, so I was very excited to take my god daughter there for a special birthday dinner. But yuck!!! Spent $50 on myself and an 8 year old and the food was terrible! I mean McDonald's would have tasted better. The place needs a makeover and a good cleaning pronto!
