Service was great! Characters play their parts well. Nacho libre (at the san Antonio location) was freaking awesome! His service was excellent too. As for the restaurant itself, could use remodeling. Floor is very old and dirty. Food isn't that great and definitely not worth the price, but lets get real, ppl come bk for the experience.

We took our 4 and 5 year old grandchildren for lunch. The kids absolutely loved all the characters and we had great service and food. I highly recommend it for all ages!

Celebrating my wife's birthday, had lots of fun, queen elsa was great. Even when she smashed birthday cookie whip cream on my face...lol. steaks were a little tough. But had good flavor. Pork loin steaks were great. And catfish was also good. Hadn't been here in years, plan to return soon.

The waiter was very entertaining. The food was good but nothing extra. The main concern were all the kids running all over the restaurant. The hostess made several announcements that running was not allowed in the restaurant but the parents of these kids did nothing. This spoiled the evening for us. Parents please step up and control your kids

I was very disappointed in our visit. My mother wanted to take her grandchildren there for an entertaining experience and we ended up entertaining ourselves. We were a party of 11 and were seated next to a group of father/daughter dates (about 20 guests). We shared the waitress or shall I say, she entertained them and served us. Every time I tried to get her (Lady Gaga's) attention, I was told that she would be back with me. It was a lot of fun. A bit expensive but for a special occasion especially for kids it is great. My kids had the bubbling drinks and loved it. Our waiter Was the character of Jack Sparrow, and King Julian took our drink order. The kids went around the different servers and got autographs. I have to say the MG salad car was awesome! My only problem was I was full, I ate about an 1/8 of my food, I had asked for a to go box.
