We traveled 2 hours to visit the magic time machine for the first time for my son's birthday and it was really disappointing and probably one of the worst experiences thanks to one lady.. Our waitress, "Poison Ivy".. She spoke super fast and high pitched to the point where we couldn't understand 90% of what she was saying and she made us feel super rushed and uncomfortable. Our first time here. Kids loved it!! We had Pocahontas as our server!! All the characters we saw were amazing!! We will definitely be back when we're back in town!!
it was a great place, characters are great and funny the cozy tables, the trip to the restroom, but the food was awful ! The chicken and ribs were dry, my kids had the Alfredo and they too disliked it. for those over priced plates you would think the food would be better even the kids Pizza was awful my Toddlers did not finished it. Love it. The atmosphere is amazing and by far the coolest place I have ever ate. People may complain about the food but your there for the experience. I was dying of laughter the whole time.

Service was great! Characters play their parts well. Nacho libre (at the san Antonio location) was freaking awesome! His service was excellent too. As for the restaurant itself, could use remodeling. Floor is very old and dirty. Food isn't that great and definitely not worth the price, but lets get real, ppl come bk for the experience.

We took our 4 and 5 year old grandchildren for lunch. The kids absolutely loved all the characters and we had great service and food. I highly recommend it for all ages!

Celebrating my wife's birthday, had lots of fun, queen elsa was great. Even when she smashed birthday cookie whip cream on my face...lol. steaks were a little tough. But had good flavor. Pork loin steaks were great. And catfish was also good. Hadn't been here in years, plan to return soon.
