Not here to bash anyone, just here to share my frustration. I purchased a brand new 2020 Ford Explorer April 2nd. Took it back the next day because the AC wasn't cooling. Was told the freon was low and checked for leaks. No leaks and was told it may have came low from the factory. In less than a month the AC stopped cooling again. Took it back a part was replaced which didn't work. They kept the car and told me it was some kind of AC line which was on back order. Please know that this is not a Magic City issue - this is an issue with being able to get the part due to COVID. The vendor is shut down - we are working for you with Ford to try and get a remedy to this...either replacement vehicle, a monthly payment, an extended warranty, any type of consideration.
