I purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer vehicle from there and not even 3 weeks later my roof rack came off... I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. I took it back to be fixed and they told me I would have to pay 75$ for them to fix it. I argued and said that I hadn’t had the vehicle long, they agreed to fix it and when I picked it back up they tried to GLUE the roof rack back down and told me that I would have to purchase a new one if it didn’t hold. Service department is becoming streamlined and I love the new video inspections.
Everybody there is always friendly and I come out of there knowing what is exactly wrong or right with my car. In the 22 years I’ve lived in Virginia I have purchased five cars from them and I have never been upset by their service or by the kindness of the sales people. They are not pushy!
Great, friendly staff They have always gone over and above of what ive expected from them and although they are 1 1/2 drive from home I make a.point to return when ever my Ford Escape.needs anything.
We were looking at a vehicle for my mom with our salesman. The vehicle was not listed for sale yet and we told our salesman that we wanted the vehicle. Well it was sold out from underneath us!the sales manager knew we wanted the vehicle but we could not do a deposit because it was not for sale. I did not like his attitude. “Oh well it happens.
