I cannot say enough positive things about Tatiana - she is the real MVP. Y’all, after I had a terrible experience with an online car dealership, I thought hope was lost. But Tatiana swooped in and sold me the car of my dreams! At 12:40 PM My wife and I were pulling our fifth wheel camper down I-81 when I heard a loud bang. I pulled over and noticed that the turbo hose had blown to pieces. My local auto shop got a part from here for my truck. The part ended up being defective. After that Magic City said they couldn’t find another one to replace it. It sat for 2 months waiting for for them to find a part. I looked on my own and found it pretty fast. Now they won’t give the money back on the defective part they sold and it was a rebuilt part too.
