I loved the staff. The fact that I have to pay for parking when your the one that gave me an appointment is ridiculous... Won't ever go back. But amazing people without a doubt!
Staff is excellent. Very happy for my daughter's delivery care. These Doctors and Nurses absolutely take care of their patients.
From check in to check out I was 100% satisfied. When you walk in it looks like a fancy hotel with someone playing a piano in the entryway. EVERYONE from front desk, my prep nurse, OR team, Recovery, Phase 2 team was SUPER nice and professional. One of the best features is that I didn't have to wait for anything. I moved from one stage to the other fluidly. My Dr. Diego is AMAZING! I drove down from Erie, PA to this hospital and would do it again any time.

Fantastic hospital and staff! All very friendly and helpful! I had muliple surgies with Dr. Nguyen for reconstruction after breast cancer and double mastectomy. He is the best dr I have ever had! This hospital is extremely clean and everyone that works here goes above and beyond to make you comfortable! Highly recommend it! I came all the way from Ohio to get treated here! Well worth the drive!
98% of the after care staff are ignorant as hell. Then how does Dr change pill regiment and the nurse say he never say that and it's not in her system 7 hrs later, then you bitch at her and it magically just changed in the computer. Maybe pocketing and stealing meds possibly???? Then the first Dr we talk to say most ppl don't take pain meds after surgery where they remove shit??? Like a judgmental asshole.
