RecommendedAfter calling my PCP (Dr Anita Yang), I was told they arent seeing patients in the office for rashes at this time and advised me to go to Urgent Care. So I did and so glad I went!! From the staff out front to the girl that assessed me & the one who gave me my injection to Dr Green, all were very nice & professional AND my total time there was less than 1/2 hour. I am a very happy patient!
Ok so first and foremost, the nurses are awesome! But the medical board and the doctors obviously have some priority’s twisted. Middle of a “pandemic” er is full to the brim. People sit maybe two feet apart? All the high risk patients are sitting in there exposed to everyone. Doctor’s and attending’s come out and avoid patients, and leave all their work to the nurses. Ridiculous. I have watched at least NINE other patients leave after being here for more than SIX HOURS IN THE WAITING ROOM. So hey social media rep take this p... read more
RecommendedDr. Emily Depew and all of the staff are fantastic. They are very knowledgable, helpful, and nice. They are requiring masks and they take your temperature upon arrival; this made me feel comfortable knowing that they are taking proper COVID safety precautions. I was also surprised with how many great name brand frames they have such as Kate Spade, Banana Republic, and Calvin Klein. This was my first experience at this location and it certainly won't be the last. I highly recommend them!

I received coiling surgery on 1.29.20 from Dr. Brad Gross for a cerebral aneurysm. I have called several times to schedule a follow up angiogram and have not received an answer for 3 weeks. This is absurd and I am at a loss as to how you can ignore a patient like this. The care I received at UPMC Presby is exceptional, the customer service has been horrible.
