I have stayed at Magees numerous times during my pregnancy with my daughter because of a severe kidney stone problem!!! I finally had my daughter on July 3rd 2017 which was this monday. She was taken straight to NICU because they thought there was fluid in her lungs, pretty much just to be safe. While she was in NICU all her nurses were very nice, caring, and helpful with any questions I had.... except for one, her name was Debbie, she was very rude to my husband and myself. They improved with the rooms and the nurses are better than the last time we were here. That was 2 years ago. I wish the kitchen would stay open longer.

I've had nothing but issues with UPMC Magee ranging from undiagnosed preeclampsia with my first child to unscheduled ultrasounds with my current unborn child . My husband took a day off work so that we could enjoy the gender Reveal as a family just to be told the appointment was never scheduled and there can be no accommodations ,Even though the negligence was on the offices behalf. Guess my insurance isn't good enough to receive satisfactory service.
