I pay $187 every 2 weeks for insurance. I have been sick since the beginning of October. I have seen 4 doctors, paid $200 in copays, paid for 5 different medications, and I am still sick. Every phone call I make, I get passed around from nurse to nurse with no other answer than, “come back in and be seen.” Since I can’t get better, my 11 month old daughter now has RSV. I am tired of spending a fortune for medical neglect.

UPMC’s new regulation - you cannot drop anyone off at the front door if you are a ride-share driver. They must walk from the street. Even cancer patients who can barely walk... no hair, face mask... nope. Can’t drive her to the door, she has to walk UPHILL FROM FROM STATE STREET to go get chemo. Sickening. You want to make employees walk? Fine. I’ll dump them at the corner. But the sick old lady who had nobody to help her in the freezing cold? There is zero excuse for the callousness. 😡
