System between Cancer Care and General Medicine do not communicate with each other, leaving care with huge holes of information and quality of care. Who loses the patient! As well as the billing ( co pay paid at DR office) but was still billed because the Dr Office did not know to credit to Hospital Clinic and was billed, if I had not called that bill would have been sent to collections because I had a receipt stating PAID! Get all in the same system to help treat patients. Disgusting waste of time!

RecommendedI think too many times Magee gets a bad rap. I have had four babies here and have received excellent care every time. I know every experience is different but I have nothing but great things to say about the labor and delivery unit!!! Thank you Magee and all the great staff there!
Horrible birthing experience. Go somewhere else if you can. You are just a number in this baby factory. Nurses have too many patients and were moved so much that they changed every 4 hours and you rarely saw the same one after one visit. Epidural was messed up. Don't ever ask for anything. Thank goodness this wasn't my first kid or I would have been totally lost and on my own. I was in an "overflow" area where their were prisoners. I never got my penguin's box, let alone be apart of any of the cute pictures of the babies dre... read more

RecommendedGreat care by the staff after a slip on the ice left me with a nasty gash on my elbow. A few stitches later in a very timely manner I was out the door. 2 days later I developed an infection and had to revisit, they were great the 2nd time around as well. The staff is efficient and took extra time and care to pay attention to my allergies and pre existing conditions that were effecting the healing process. Plus they have great personalities which is nice to deal with when your not feeling on your game. I felt well taken care ... read more
