I was a tenant of theirs in Washington DC and it was genuinely the best property management experience I've ever had. They fixed anything I needed with an easy to use maintenance request portal, even built a custom replacement on a gate door lock. They were also fair and helpful when I needed to move out early and find a new tenant for my lease. Amit was always responsive and was a great property manager.
Magdieli Property Management has been the rental property manager for our DC home for over 4 years and we couldn't be happier.
