We had a wonderful experience with Magdieli Property Management LLC as tenants for the last two years. They are organized and responsive, and have an easy-to-use platform for rent payment, etc.
I lived in my apartment for 4 years & experienced 3 different management companies during that time. Amit was the third, & easily my favorite! Any time I brought something to him, I could tell he genuinely cared about doing what was best for both me & the owner. He got things done quickly & efficiently, which was such a change from what I’d experienced before. When I finally met him in person, he was just as kind & easy to talk to as I expected. Amit really made my last year in the apartment so much better!
My partner and I were tenants in a Magdieli property for 2 1/2 years. All our service requests were responded to with impressive promptness, and everyone who works at the company is friendly and warm. After many years of renting directly from owners without property management, this was such a breath of fresh air. We felt very well taken care of, and highly recommend!
