If you want to be treated poorly this is the office for you! I've been an established patient and went for my annual wellnes appointment that had been scheduled for 6 months. I was asked to confirm daily via text for over a week which I did and checked in online also. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appoointment and when I checked in was asked all the same questions then asked for payment prior to my visit.
