I set an appointment 6months ago.. said to please call if there are any cancelations. Now they said I need to check in online a week prior. The site i went to kept sending me codes to verify my phone#....thats all. The receptionist called and said the questionnaire on the site wasn't complete and if it doesn't get complete they will have to cancel my appointment. Yesterday, I went to Total Women’s Care for my annual appointment. I’ve been a patient there for over 20 years and have rarely contacted the office for anything outside of my yearly visit. This time, I saw the ARNP, Diane Santopadre. While trying to explain an issue I’ve been experiencing, I felt like my concerns were dismissed. When I went to check out, I was told I owed a $55 co-pay. I’m an established patient and the doctor refused to speak to me first about my problem unless I was undressed from the waist down which resulted in me leaving without being seen - unprofessional, heartless, and unacceptable. I’m a physician and this is NOT how you treat a worried female patient with a medical problem. No one gets to demand my clothes come off in exchange for care. You should be ashamed of yourselves. 13 out of your last 17 reviews were 1 star - time to start believing!

Waited 6 months for an appt - a few weeks before the appt I received a phone call to complete the portal checkin which I did. The following week I got the same call to complete portal so I did it again. I arrived for my appointment and they had cancelled my appt stating I never completed portal. Obviously there’s a portal problem. Don’t waste your energy waiting for an appt here.
