If I could give 0 stars I would. DO not use them. They are not responsive and the staff turns over every week. They took a fee from our rental payment from our tenant and said they deserved it for work they had not done. I found the tenant through my own work and then brought them on board. They also have not paid me on time even though my tenant paid every month on time. I used Maedwell at the recommendation of a close friend, and they were fantastic! This was my second home purchase, and I was so lucky to work with Syga Thomas and his team. This was the only time I haven't felt bullied by a broker; instead I felt taken care of, and protected from much of the stress that comes with this process. Look Elsewhere for Residential Property Management I used Maedwell to manage one of my properties for a year and would not recommend this company. There were problems from the start. The owner touted himself as having extensive contacts with government workers who would double as potential renters, but that didn't pan out. Not only that, the listing Maedwell initially created had incorrect information and photos. What's worse: Our tenants say one of the property managers was rude to them.
