While the actual work that was performed on our yard was what we expected, the customer service is horrible. Since we are a military family, my husband's phone number does not have the same area code as Maedgen's Lawn Care. Any time he called, the call went to voice mail or was disconnected. NONE of his messages were returned. It wasn't until I called from a phone with the same area code that we were able to request their service.
