Very poor experience here. And they did nothing to make it better. I had Sierra and read one bad review that I wish I listened to. I'll never go back. Waist of $140. I had a friend fix my hair for free and it was a huge improvement.
I love this salon because it's dedicated to ALL types of curly hair , and the staff and clientele are so diverse , anyone would feel comfortable there. I got partial highlights done and the color came out great! My stylist Sierra was excellent. I don't live in the area but when I do come visit San Francisco, I'll make a trip to MaduSalon.
I had a wonderful first time experience at Madusalon. I have very kinky, coily, hair in dire need of being touched by expert hands and I found those hands at Madusalon. Latasha was the stylist I had the pleasure of working with and she really made this a positive hair experience. You can tell that she not only loves what she's doing, she KNOWS what she's doing.
