best place for curly hair. my hair has done a 360 from frizzy no real curl to natural soft defined curls. I'm hooked expensive but iv gone to 4 other places and never as good as Madu so I gave up. this is my gift to myself 3 times a year. Worth every penny before (7yrs ago) vs now been going to madu for about 6 yrs now
Great attention to detail for curly hair! Lorena does wonderful work, and I always feel comfortable and welcome here. I always know I'll come out with a cut that makes my curls look the best!
just freaking wonderful!!! I did not walk out of there tramatized like I have at some places claiming to know how to cut curly hair. They know their stuff and Vanessa the junior stylist was confident and fun to talk with. She gave me the cut I wanted.

This was my first time at the salon and Devon was my hairstylist. She listened to my concerns and looked at pics I had. I also relied on her expertise to help me decide on what I wanted. I got a cut and color and am so happy with the results! I made my next appointment already! Oh! There was plenty of available parking on busy Divisadero also!
