You come into our town, Vancouver WA and displace Families. Giving them a twenty day notice in a whole duplex. Out of the people you are displacing many are children who are just going back to school. We as a city have asked people not to rent from you after remodeling you are doing. Because you only care about money and not people. Go back to Seattle We do not need Heartless companies here!
This company is the worst kind of all!! Truly taking a roof of the heads of many young school aged children. They are in low income and have enough to deal with and now have 20 days to find a new place. 99% will end up in cars or a shelter (which are full). How do the people that work for them sleep at night? Karma I pray for karma
company's garbage do not rent from them. as soon as my lease is up I'm out of here I will never rent from these guys again.
We lived at are appartment for almost 6 years. These guys just bought it and now it's all run down and riddled with kids. Maintenance guy is olny here 2 days a week. Manager don't come into the office till 10 and goes home when she wants. Garbage lays around and stairways are nasty. shrubs and bushes are overgrown. People have to wait weeks for maintenance. I don't recommend anyone rent from this company. I will be out as soon as my lease is up!!
I live at Terra Heights, i have lived here for over 5yrs. Before you got property. And because you made me and other tenents remove our satellite dish, i cannot watch tv at my own home. Which doesnt feel like much of a home. You have to fight for parking, because here not only do the tenents with more than 1 car take all the parking. But their guests come and take the rest, and i have to have my car 2 buildings away from my apt. And i have Lupus which means most days i cant walk that far.
